Having gone to the critique with a mock up, finished content and a pretty solid plan of how each element of the production would be carried out, its was less so advice and ideas that were gained, and more so a confirmation that the work is going in the right direction, and simply needs to be produced now.
Having said this, there were a few queries with elements of production that were helped with. Firstly to sand down the teethed edges of the box for a smoother finish, secondly to either put the “you got ID mate?” Which would have been embossed on the box, either on the armband label or the back of the book, and lastly to make sure the margins for the pages are correct so that double pages work correctly. It was suggested a mock up with margins would be a good idea.
